Your monthly membership fee includes standard hormone replacement. Testosterone (Subcutaneous or Intra-muscular) injections; Anastrazole (if indicated); all supplies needed for administration will be provided to you.

Testosterone cream incurs an additional $50 monthly fee as this formulation is more expensive.

Other adjunctive medications (added to enhance effects or to manage side effects) are priced a la carte.

One hour visit reviewing your medical conditions, current state of health, and personal goals. During this visit we will discuss treatment options best for you and recommend a lab panel. You may have your labs drawn today at an additional fee of 130 or we can give you an order which you can take to a local lab and utilize insurance to offset cost. (Depending on your plan this may or may not be covered). We will then schedule your follow up appointment.

This visit is free of charge but DOES require a non-refundable deposit of 125 which will then be applied to your first month of membership. If you choose not to utilize our services we completely understand, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

Brief visit following your consultation in which we review your labs, discuss any concerns, and develop a treatment plan. This is easily and effectively done via tele-health, no need to leave your home should that be more convenient for you.

Scheduled 6-8 weeks following initiation of therapy. If you are doing well and no adjustments need to be made we will simply check the appropriate labs to ensure appropriate management.

After any medication adjustment we will do a follow up visit with or without labs as indicated.

Once you are “dialed in” and stable on your dosing we need to touch base at least twice a year and once annually must be an in clinic visit.

Of course if at any point you have questions or concerns we can schedule a visit.

Lab fees are incurred as needed. You are required to have labs once per year and this can be paid out of pocket and drawn at our clinic or an order can be sent to your local lab for insurance claims.

All visits are included in your membership and most can be completed via telehealth should you desire that option.
