Membership Options

Membership Plan A

  • 75 dollars monthly

  • Prescriptions provided as indicated for Progesterone or Estrogen. The expense to you will vary based on your insurance plan. Sometimes, cash pay at your local pharmacy is the best option.

    Testosterone, if indicated will be sent to your home from a compounding pharmacy at current market cost. Depending on your preferred route (injection, cream, or sublingual troche) the cost will vary. This will be an additional charge not included in the membership fee.

  • Management of other hormone related women’s health concerns, like PCOS, which may not require hormone replacement but other methods of optimization also fall into this plan nicely. Based on your specific treatment regimen most medications could be prepared comercially and a prescription provided.

  • One hour visit reviewing your medical conditions, current state of health, and personal goals. During this visit we will discuss treatment options best for you and recommend a lab panel. You may have your labs drawn today at an additional fee of $165 or we can give you an order which you can take to a local lab and utilize insurance to offset cost. (Depending on your plan this may or may not be covered).

    This visit is included in your membership but DOES require a non-refundable deposit of 125 which will then be applied to your balance. If you choose not to utilize our services we completely understand, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Planned at 6-8 weeks after initiation of therapy and then every 3-6months. You will need follow up labs to ensure proper therapeutic ranges.

    After this we will develop a plan for regular touch base visits per your specific needs.

    You will be required to attend one annual visit in person once therapeutic.

    If at any point you desire a visit for questions or follow up you may schedule at your convenience.

  • If at ANY time you have questions or concerns you can call, text, email, send messages via the portal, or schedule a visit. We are here to support you along your journey!

  • Lab fees are incurred as needed. In the beginning of treatment and then anytime changes are made you are more likely to need lab verification more frequently. Once therapeutic the average patient will need labs every 6 to 12 months. Lab fees are not included in membership and may be paid out of pocket and drawn at our clinic or an order can be sent to your local lab for insurance claims.

    The typical cash pay cost of HRT labs is $165 for initial and $65 for follow ups.

    All visits and communication are included in the cost of membership and most can be completed via telehealth.

Membership Plan B

  • All inclusive plan tiered based on your needs.

    Tier 1: One hormone provided 140/month

    Tier 2: Two hormones provided 165/month

    Tier 3: Three hormones provided 180/month

  • Membership includes all hormone therapy (Progesterone, Estrogen, Testosterone) shipped to your home as well as any supplies needed for administration.

  • One hour visit reviewing your medical conditions, current state of health, and weight loss goals. During this visit we will discuss treatment options best for you and recommend a lab panel. You may have your labs drawn today at an additional fee of $165 or we can give you an order which you can take to a local lab and utilize insurance to offset cost. (Depending on your plan this may or may not be covered). We will then schedule your follow up appointment.

    This visit is free of charge but DOES require a non-refundable deposit of 125 which will then be applied to your first vial purchased. If you choose not to utilize our services we completely understand, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Planned at 6-8 weeks after initiation and beyond this every 3-6 months and as needed. If there were concerns from your lab work that must be addressed you may need follow up labs, but the typical patient will only incur the cost of lab checks once per year. You will be required to attend one annual visit in person once therapeutic or if on maintenance dosing.

  • If at ANY time you have questions or concerns you can call, text, email, send messages via the portal, or schedule a visit. We are here to support you along your journey!
